Noted the many discussions re slider options so thought I would add this incase it may help anyone.
Just installed a set of these.

There is good and bad with these. Please ensure you read the bad as its important!
Positives.
All arrived quickly after they were ordered and fitted perfectly during installation with no issue.
All components (alloy spacers and brackets, stainless bolts and delrin pucks) seemed of good quality and solid design though I am not an expert on metals or engineering.
Twin mounting points so there is not excessive force on engine mounting points alone.
The pucks are supported by good solid stems that of course also have connecting bolts through the middle to the mounting bracket.
No cut installation. After fairing removal, they mounted straight on.
Personally, I like the way the puck is slightly cone shaped with the lasered letters on the outside.
In my opinion, a fair price.
Spares are available if required.
Negative.
This is a biggy.
I bought these sliders from eBay. The ad advised item location was Canada. When I received the package I noticed it was shipped from Taiwan! No doubt a concern and something people will have to make their own decision about.
Again, everything looked good and solid when I examined and installed but until there is an actual test which I am in no hurry to do, its impossible to say for sure.
So far, am I happy with these?
Apart from the location deception, yes I am...
